I discovered Ian about a year ago when I called for service on one of my two garage doors. He provided same day customer service with great results and a fair price. Today I experienced a problem with my other door. There was no doubt in my mind - I called Ian again. I just experienced the same great customer service, and a flawless repair! This company is the best and I will remain a loyal customer!

Today Ian came to replace our broken garage door spring and I knew he would have to replace both of them. He completed the project quickly and didn't leave any mess behind. Then he run the opened a couple times just checking things over. This door has made a lot of noise for some time and I've been spraying the rollers to help keep them quiet. Ian told me the rollers are just about worn out which is why there was so much noise. I could prolong the lifespan by spraying with some silicone spray every month, but I need to keep a close eye on them. He was willing to give me some tips on how to replace them myself but when he could do the whole thing in 10 minutes and for only $50 he got the job!! This door is so quiet now that I don't think the dogs will hear us come home. Great job Ian!!! I'll definitely recommend your company to others.
