I am a die-hard do-it-yourselfer. But I know enough to know when I don't know how to do something. Garage door weight / spring-loading is nothing to play with. Ian not only clearly takes pride in the quality and timeliness of his work, but he also takes the time to explain what he's doing, why he's doing it, and provide tips on how to best maintain your door and track system. Highly recommended / absolutely worth the price.

I had a door spring break on a Saturday night and Kevin come out on Sunday morning and repaired it. Excellent job!

Called and spoke to Kevin. He came out that same day and resolved my issue VERY quickly and for a lot less than the other guys. He was upfront on the phone about costs and was very informative while fixing to ensure I knew what had occurred. The statement he left was detailed and had the monthly maintenance reminder we discussed before he left. Do business with confidence!
